Both the Chinese and French presidents attended this edition and took the opportunity to taste a high-quality Label Rouge Limousin beef. This beef was the one Foodgates served during the gala dinner organized as an extension of the expo to celebrate the platform’s official introduction. Attended by Chinese and French officials, major business actors and media, it was the occasion for the invitees to have a taste of high-quality French terroir products, yet in the heart of Shanghai!
